ADULT & YOUTH ACTIVITIES

ADULT CLASSES—

Wednesday evening at the church at 6:15 p.m. and Sunday school hour at 9:00 am from October through May.

Some small group Bible study groups as desired.

 

JUNIOR AND SENIOR YOUTH—

Wednesday evening at the church at 6:15 p.m., held from October through May. Youth Rallies held Fall & Spring at Various Churches. (Grades 6 and above)

 

CONFIRMATION CLASSES—

for grades nine and ten. Other youth not already confirmed may attend these classes. The study is for two years. At the end of the second year, tenth grade students attend a confirmation camp for’ one week in June before being confirmed. Teaching is on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. during the church Sunday school hour from September through May.

 

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES—

Wednesday evening at the church at 6:15 p.m. and Sunday school hour at 9:00 a.m. from September through May.

Annual Ski Weekend held annually at Spirit Mtn. (Grades 6 & Above)

 

VBS— Vacation Bible School is held in June.

 

BIBLE CAMP—our church helps facilitate a family Bible camp for all ages.

It is held in July at Lahti Retreat Center in Rabbit Bay, MI. 

 

WOMEN’S ACTIVITIES

CHURCH NURSERY—staff nursery for children during services.

QUILTING—for Lutheran Social Services Crisis Nursery & Inter-faith Care Center.

BIBLE STUDY—Wednesday 9:30 a.m. from September through May.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY—Check the bulletin or Church calendar for when meetings are held.

SERVING GROUPS—serve Wednesday evening meals, Sunday morning coffee, funerals and weddings.

 

MEN'S ACTIVITIES

MEN’S PRAYER & SHARING TIME—Tuesday

mornings at 8:00 a.m.

USHER—for church services.

PROJECTOR/SOUND—run projector/sound board during services.

EASTER BREAKFAST—cook and serve the Easter breakfast.

CHURCH BOARD—oversees the spiritual and physical affairs of the church.
